Recipe: Remove the foil and insert into a preheated (428°F / 220°C) oven (NOT microwave) for 7 minutes. Serve hot with white bread (sliced roll – canapés). Using snail tongs or your hand, pour the hot butter on the bread and then add snail meat from the shell with a snail fork or a toothpick. That’s all... Great, isn’t it!
